She was very excited this morning when she discovered that the Tooth Fairy had finally come (now that she was home and not at Grandma's), and her 8 shiny quarters immediately went into her piggy bank.
But until she proudly showed me her lost tooth when she got home last night, somehow I'd forgotten how very gross a fallen-out tooth can look. Blech. ;o)
Congrats to Anna! I have to say, though, that I find loose teeth so gross! As a parent, that's something I'm not looking forward to at all.
ReplyDeleteI'm a friend of melodies. I've visited your blog before but never commented. Just wanted to say that I love Anna's sparkle. She is just darling!
ReplyDeleteGo Anna! She and Jacob lost their first tooth right around the same time, and it's the very same tooth!
ReplyDeleteIt was so great to see you and hang out with you again at Camp!!! Love you!
Way to go Anna! She still looks adorable even if one of her teeth is missing. She definitely deserves a reward from the tooth fairy.
ReplyDeleteLast week, our daughter Sarah, suffered from a terrible toothache, so we took her to a clinic to see the (Hilton Head) dentists. Thankfully, everything went well with the (Hilton Head) dentist. Sarah even placed the tooth that was removed underneath her pillow for the tooth fairy. The morning after, she was thrilled to find money under her pillow and her tooth gone. Indeed, it was a fun experience for our daughter.
Really great shots. Hoping for the best for you and Anna.
